In the year January 5th 2004 Al Noora International was established in the heart of Colombo city with only 17 students on roll in the nursery class with two teachers together with the Chairman Mr. Z. M. M. Razick and the Principal Mr. Haris Latif.
Mr. Z. M. M. Razick,the director who is a popular business man in Colombo city and in having a dwell national citizenship in European Union and in Sri Lanka.His great hope, expectation and dream was to provide the communities with a higher level of educational background nationwide.And was able to succeed with the assistance of Mr. Haris Latif, who is the Principal and co manager of this international college.
